The Caring Families Children’s Program
When the children participate in the Caring Families program they learn that conflict between their parents is not their fault. They gain the skills necessary to keep themselves safe in times of conflict. The children also gain the knowledge and skills to help them express their needs in a safe and healthy way. The parents are informed about what the children are learning which in turn supports the children. Parents are encouraged to get involved in the learning process by practicing what they are learning each week with their children.
